The Rotary Club of Newnan requires a follow-up report on the results of the project or program from every organization awarded a Community Grant. This report tells our Grants Committee what your funding accomplished, and it gives our club the photos and stories we use to show the community what Rotary dollars do.
Reports are due Friday, August 21, 2026. Your report must be complete to be eligible to apply for the next Rotary Club of Newnan Community Grant.
What You Will Need
- The name of the project or program your grant funded.
- The number of individuals the grant served.
- Whether the full grant amount was spent, and the unspent balance if any remains.
- Short written answers on how you measured effectiveness, your successes, your challenges, and what you learned.
- Photos of the project, video, or both.
Photos and Video
Photos upload directly on this form — you can add up to 10, and large files are resized automatically in your browser, so there is nothing to compress first.
Video files are too large to upload here. If you have video, post it somewhere we can reach it — YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, or Dropbox — and paste the link in Step 3.
How Your Photos Are Used
Photos you send may appear in Rotary Club of Newnan communications — our website, newsletter, social media, presentations, and printed materials. Step 4 is a single checkbox granting us permission to use them. If anyone under 18 appears in a photo, we publish first names only, and we will check with you before using that image.
